Return Policy
If you made the purchase through our website and received the product in perfect condition, but you are still not satisfied, you can request a return of the purchase exclusively through our Returns Form .
Please note that the return shipping and handling cost is always borne by the customer. For mainland Portugal, for example, both the shipping cost of €4.95 and the return cost of €4.95 will always be at the cost of the customer. Therefore, the amount to be refunded to the customer in Mainland Portugal who makes a return will always be the total value of the order - (minus) 9.90€, referring to DHL transport costs.
The product that has any mark of use, odor, or even any dirt, including makeup on the test or any sign that it has been washed, will be REFUSED. All our products are shipped with coded seals that must be kept intact in case of return. We do not accept returns of unsealed parts.
We do not carry out exchanges. If you need a different size, color or style, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and purchasing the new item. We do not return items on sale. For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not return earrings.
Please note that you should never send your order back to us without our authorization, so we will not be responsible for its non-arrival or refund.
Follow the steps below to make a return.
1. Make sure that the product is in perfect condition with the proper seals intact ( no signs of use, odor, or even any dirt, including makeup on the test or any sign that it has been washed) , on the packaging original and with tag attached as received. Confirm that your order is within the return period of 14 (fourteen) continuous days from receipt. We do not make exchanges after this period.
2. Make a return request on our Return Form. We ask that you inform us of the reason for the return for statistical purposes only, and also your IBAN, in order to speed up the return process. This process makes it easier for us to identify the customer.
3. You will receive an email from DHL within 3 working days with the return label and all the necessary information for you to deliver the order to a SERVICE POINT closest to your area of residence. The cost of €4.95 for the return is the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted when the value is returned.
4. According to the legislation, we have a period of up to 14 (fourteen) working days after we have received the order, to approve the return and make the due refund of the amount.
5. Bear in mind that we will not confirm receipt of the order, we ask that you confirm it using your tracking code. You should wait to receive a Credit Note and Proof of Payment Return via e-mail within a maximum period of 14 working days from the receipt of the order.
Returns must be requested within a period of up to 14 (fourteen) days, counted continuously from the receipt of the product(s) and exclusively through our Return Form. Outside this period we do not accept exchanges or returns.
NOA THE BRAND undertakes to return the purchased products only if:
1. The product to be returned does not show any indication of use;
2. The product to be returned is in its original packaging, accompanied by all accessories and keeping its label intact.
3. Justified defect or non-conformity of the products ordered.
We advise customers to carefully check their purchase upon receipt, before removing any labels and discarding the original packaging.
We do not return products on sale, except in cases of justified defect or non-compliance of the products ordered, informed within the respective legal deadlines.
