Shipping and Delivery Policy
NOA THE BRAND sends the ordered product(s) from Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 6 pm, with the exception of holidays, on the days and times used by the logistics company, to the address of delivery indicated by the customer.
Our delivery service is carried out through DHL PARCEL (Continental Portugal and European Union) and DHL EXPRESS (Rest of the world and European Union in express modes when requested by the customer). The delivery service to Portugal Ilhas is carried out by CTT .
For mainland Portugal, shipping costs are €4.95 (BASIC) and €6.95 (PREMIUM) . For Islands the cost may vary from €6.90 to €15 depending on the method chosen by the customer at checkout.
Our delivery service includes a scheduling option, which can be done after receiving the tracking code through DHL PARCEL customer support at the following number 707 103 050 or DHL EXPRESS at the following number 707 100 345 . If you do not need an appointment, the delivery of the order will be carried out without prior contact by the carrier, and it is necessary to ensure that someone is at the delivery address.
Any and all questions related to the shipment of an order that has already been processed, and that you have already received the tracking code via email, you should contact DHL Customer Support using the contacts mentioned above.
Please provide us with a full address and contact number. Unfortunately, we will not be responsible for any incorrect delivery address provided to us.
Delivery time may vary depending on the destination country. The estimated delivery time for Portugal (Continental) and Spain is around 2 to 5 business days, for Europe and the rest of the world it varies between 5-10 business days.
Shipping costs for Europe and the rest of the world will be calculated automatically at checkout using the indicated postal code, costs may vary between €12 and €30.
For the rest of the world and express modes, you can consult the estimated delivery times in the table below, please note that the indicated deadlines do not include the customs clearance period, if necessary.
NOA THE BRAND will inform the customer of the unavailability of the product(s) ordered, as well as refund the amount paid, within a maximum period of 14 (fourteen) days from becoming aware of the unavailability.
If you do not receive your order within a maximum period of 15 (fifteen) days from the date of payment of the order, you must send an email to contato@noathebrand.com informing us of what happened. After this period, NOA THE BRAND cannot be held responsible for the loss of the order.
