Shipping Policy
NOA THE BRAND sends the ordered product(s) from Monday to Friday, from 9am to 7pm, with the exception of holidays, on the days and times used by the logistics company, to the address of delivery indicated by the customer. Shipments processed by the User before 1pm are not guaranteed to be shipped on the same day; and the shipment can only be carried out on the next day, even if you have chosen the Express shipping method.
Shipments to mainland Portugal have a cost from €4.95 (BASIC) to €6.95 (PREMIUM). Shipments to the European Union vary according to the weight of the product(s), which is automatically calculated at checkout.
Outside Europe, all orders will have an associated shipping cost, which may require the User to pay customs costs, depending on the country of delivery.
NOA THE BRAND will inform the customer of the unavailability of the product(s) ordered, as well as refund the amount paid, within a maximum period of 14 (fourteen) days from becoming aware of the unavailability.
If you do not receive your order within a maximum period of 14 (fourteen) days from the order payment date, please send an email to contato@noa-thebrand.com informing us of what happened. After this period, NOA THE BRAND cannot be held responsible for the loss of the order.
